This took a long long time to crochet, but I had a very detailed dream about how to make this. So today, I'm taking my marching orders from my subconscious......Materials: found headlight shard, silk blend cord, mother of pearl button.

very nice and dreamy. I like how one side is thicker than the other. It works very well with the way the shard is thicker and slanted to the right. Kind of fairy tale and "macabre macrame" (a nice mouthful) using something from a car crash. Reminds me of dangerous butterflies in art nouveau. Something really pretty looking, but upclose pretty scarey looking; a dying woman with enameled or transluscent wings...
