Kid's stuff. The pipe cleaner looked to be some kind of bracelet in its former life. The little Lego man I found in pieces in a parking lot. Never found his left hand, but I did find a place for him in necklace land.Materials:Found materials, silk and cotton threads.
I swear, I was just thinking about pipecleaners too the other day. they sure are purdy and especially the fuzzy nice brite ones like this one. It's a good example of something that started out as a real useful item to clean pipes and then morphed into a kid's craft material. Probably most of the people using them are NOT using them to clean pipes. Kind of like Avon's "Skin so soft" which is advertised as a perfume, but is really an insect repellant.
